How to Add a New Address

Your address is where every pickup and shipment takes place, so all Self Sellers, Smart Sellers, and Book Donors must add an address to their account.

You can add multiple addresses to your account for pickups and deliveries. Follow the steps below to create a new address.

Step 1: Open My Address

  1. Go to My Address from your account menu.
  2. Click Add New Address or Add Address.

Step 2: Enter Address Name

Give your address a simple and recognizable name, such as:

  • Mike's House
  • My New House
  • Office Address

This helps you easily identify the address later.

Step 3: Select Address Type

Choose the type of address:

Residential Address

  • Suitable for homes and apartments.
  • Pickup and delivery timings: 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM

Office / Commercial Address

  • Suitable for offices, shops, warehouses, and businesses.
  • Pickup and delivery timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Step 4: Add Address Details

Fill in the required details carefully:

  • Full Name
  • Mobile Number
  • Flat / Apartment / Building Number
  • Company Name (for commercial addresses)
  • Area or Locality
  • Landmark
  • Town / City
  • State

Make sure all details are accurate to avoid pickup or delivery issues.

Step 5: Set as Default Shipping Address

Enable Default Shipping Address if you want this address to be used automatically for future shipments and pickups.

You can change your default address anytime from the My Address section.
